Proof
What arrived, when and who signed, on every delivery.
Proof is a step in the stop, not a feature the driver can skip. Photo, signature, name, time and place, plus what was short or rejected. It lands on the delivery timeline and the customer's tracking page, and it is what raises the invoice.
Morning, Priya.
This phone is linked to Van 2. No password; the office issued the link.
Prototype Tap through it. The signature pad is real.
Photo, signature, notes
Capture is fast and structured. The signature carries the name; the photo carries the place; notes are optional and never required to finish the stop.
Shorts, rejects and exceptions
A line that was short or refused is recorded at the door with a reason. It flows into the invoice as a credit and into the office as an exception, so nobody discovers it a week later.
The delivery timeline
Created, scheduled, released, loaded, arrived, delivered, invoiced. Every event with who and when. The question "what happened to this delivery" has one screen.
What the customer sees
The tracking page shows status, ETA and, once delivered, the proof. The delivered notification carries the link.
