Release 2

Release 2 · Inventory

Stock that adds up, when you need it.

Inventory is a module you switch on, not a different product. The stock ledger is append-only and on-hand is derived. Receiving, putaway, allocation, picking, packing and loading run on the same delivery-centred model as everything else.

Movements are signed. The balance is their sum, never a typed number.

01

The stock ledger

Every movement signed and dated. Balances derived. Concurrency handled at the ledger, not in the UI. A count that disagrees with the ledger is a traceable fact.

02

Lots, expiry and traceability

Lot and expiry travel with stock from receipt to the customer's door and back through returns.

03

Receiving and putaway

Expected receipts typed, imported or AI-drafted from the supplier's document. Goods receipt and putaway on the warehouse PWA with a scanner.

04

Allocation, waves, picking

Orders allocate stock; waves group picks; the picking PWA handles short picks without stopping the wave.

05

Packing, labels, loading

Packing raises the prepared event that dispatch is waiting for. Cartons get labels; loading confirms them onto the run; vehicle stock reconciles at run end.

06

Returns and RMA

Return authorisation, intake, quarantine, grading and disposition, with credit linkage to the original invoice.

Where this matters most

The same module, in your trade.

See how inventory & warehouse shows up on a normal morning in the trades boXe is built for.

The demo

Send us yesterday's order email and a run sheet.
We'll show you that day in boXe.

Your orders, your customers and your runs, walked through end to end on a call.
